After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. An order is considered accepted once Carrie Collections has confirmed the order and/or processed the payment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.

8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days before shipment.
Estimated delivery times after shipment are
- Metro Manila: approximately 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Manila: approximately 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the customer's location, courier operations, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information when available.
Carrie Collections is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items
Our returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.
Customers should review that policy before placing an order.
In general, eligible concerns involving items that are damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrectly sent must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Change-of-mind returns, incorrect sizing, and preference-based returns are not accepted, subject to applicable consumer rights and laws.
Please do not send an item back without receiving return instructions from Carrie Collections.
10. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the request will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
