How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped via J&T Express within 3–5 business days from the time your order is received. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and item availability.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Yes, returns and refunds are accepted depending on the item and condition. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete terms and eligibility.

Who will shoulder the return shipping fee?

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. However, we offer free shipping on orders with a minimum purchase of ₱2,000. However, Lalamove shipping is an option at the buyer's expense.

Are your items authentic or original from luxury brands?

This item is not an official product from luxury brand stores.
