We ship orders via J&T Express, LBC or DHL (for international orders)

Processing Time:

• Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days.

• For pre-order items, shipping may take longer; estimated shipping time will be indicated on the product page.

Delivery Time:

• Metro Manila: 3–5 business days

• Non-Metro Manila: 5–7 business days

• Delivery time depends on your location and the chosen shipping method.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events beyond our control.

• Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct to avoid delays.

• For COD orders, make sure someone is available to receive and pay for the package.
